I love Monty Python but that's one of the few Monty Python's I haven't seen I find it hard to get my hands on and netflix doesn't have it up. It's on my to watch list though. I've also heard that a new Monty Python movie is in the works, that should be good. (I hope)
You know what's funny. The other day me and my girlfriend had a discussion about religion. God created the heavens and the earth and the universe right? And god had created angels and by doing so he created Lucifer who later tries to overthrow God and cause war in place were war should not be. So what I'm getting at is that God being the all so good one created evil by creating Lucifer. If he created everything then he created the anger the angels had toward us. So God is going to punish the people he created because of the evil HE created. I may be wrong but from what i get from religion is that. Well mostly from Christianity
:: pretty much. Also if adam and eve hadn't sinned and received their punishment of death and painful labor, the garden and the world wouldn't have lasted too long from overpopulation alone. It sure seems like according to genesis god set them up to fail.
I like this because it's so accurate regarding how all of those people think. I have seen them sit there and say that their way is correct and everyone else is not. Just exactly what is it that makes them qualified to judge who is "hearing from god" as opposed to someone else who doesn't believe exactly the way they do?
I actually laughed at this because you were so dead on with nailing their mentality.
